REFUGEES is a 24 episode web series. The premise is two guys leave New Orleans days before hurricane Katrina- They have no idea a storm is coming. (They are leaving for dubious reasons). Once they find out about the storm, they decide to take advantage of the Katrina sympathy and ride it all the way to Hollywood.
